Crock Pot Cincinnati-Style Chili

- 2 lbs 90% lean ground beef
- 1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
- 8 oz tomato paste
- 5 Tbsp chili powder
- 2½ Tbsp semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp allspice
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp steak sauce
- 3 cups water
- In a medium skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until no longer pink, breaking up with a wooden spoon; transfer to the crock pot.
- Add all remaining ingredients to crock pot. Stir well, and cook on low for 8-12 hours.
