My “happy” weight…140lbs

140 lbs -- the weight where I feel most energized and happy

140 lbs -- my "happy" weight!

I included weights with my pictures because I do feel it helps tell my story. At 140 lbs my weight feels “right” on my 5’3 frame, and my BMI is within the healthy range. My lowest weight was not my “happy” weight as it was not maintainable for me. My “take home message” is to always listen to your body — it knows what’s best.
